Ali Fazal proposed Richa Chadha in Maldives, the Fukrey stars planning to get hitched in April

Bollywood actors Ali Fazal and Richa Chadha, who’ve starred in Fukrey, are engaged. After years of dating, the couple is finally ready to tie the knot. Ali proposed to Richa back when they were on vacation in the Maldives and her answer was an instant “yes”. The actors are currently working round the clock to plan their wedding. They are looking at April dates for their marriage.

The wedding will reportedly take place in Delhi in the presence of their families and friends. The festivities will go on for two days. Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal also plan to host a party in Mumbai for industry friends. The couple might get hitched in the third week of April.

Back in 2012, Ali Fazal and Richa met for the first time on the sets of Fukrey. They started dating in 2015. It was only in 2017 when they made their relationship public. Since then, they have been quite open about it on their social media.

Nag Ashwin’s sci-fi thriller with Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan to go on floors around June-July

Telugu film director Nag Ashwin is best known for his National Award winning film Mahanati that starred Keerthy Suresh, Dulquer Salmaan, Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha Akkineni. Now, the filmmaker is getting ready for his next big pan-India project which will star Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone. The film was announced last year and currently Nag is working on the pre-production of the film. The project, like many others, got delayed due to the pandemic. However, talking to a tabloid, Nag Ashwin said that he has been fine tuning the script and logistics. He also had his round of meetings with all three leads separately. The #MeToo wave which started in the West, took over India in 2018. Several women took to social media to reveal about people who harassed them in the past. The movement also brought into light the names of several Bollywood celebrities.
