Police traces the man that stabbed Malvi Malhotra, arrest delayed due to his hospitalization

Malvi Malhotra, who has done a few regional films and was seen in the show Udaan, was stabbed by a man whose marriage proposal she refused. The actress was returning home from a café in Versova and the incident took place under her residential building. The man had been trying to get her to marry him for some time now but she was unhinged by her decision.

However, on Monday night he arrived in his Audi and cornered her, when she refused again he stabbed her in the stomach and attacked her right wrist and left arm. The actress was rushed to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital where she is in stable condition and will undergo plastic surgery for her scars. The accused has been traced by the police around 50 kilometres away from Mumbai where he is hospitalized for something.

Malvi filed an FIR against the man in Versova police station but they couldn’t arrest him because he is admitted in the hospital for reasons unknown. He has been charged under IPC Section 307, attempt to murder.

Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has arrested actor Armaan Kohli for illegal possession of drugs, on August 29. On Saturday, August 28, the actor's residence was raided after which the same evening, he was taken to NCB office for questioning. He was caught possessing 41 bottles of scotch whiskey at his residence which was against the law. On the work front, Armaan Kohli has worked in films like Jaani Dushman and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo . Dwayne Johnson to reunite with Jumanji director Jake Kasdan for Christmas-themed adventure movie Red One

Filmmaker Jake Kasdan is reuniting with his Jumanji star Dwayne Johnson for Red One , the unique Christmas-themed feature project set up at Amazon. Hiram Garcia, the President of production of Johnson's Seven Bucks Productions created the original story which is now being translated into a script by Chris Morgan, who previously worked with Johnson on four Fast and Furious movies as well as the Johnson-led 2019 spinoff, Hobbs & Shaw . According to The Hollywood Reporter, Amazon picked up the project in June. The details are being kept in the sack but Red One , which is a tentative title, is described by Amazon as “a globe-trotting, four-quadrant action-adventure comedy, imagining a whole new universe to explore within the holiday genre.” Johnson is attached to star, possibly even as Santa himself, and is producing with his Seven Bucks Productions cohorts, Dany Garcia and Hiram Garcia.
