Bigg Boss 8 fame Gautam Gulati tests positive for COVID-19; quarantines in UK

The COVID-19 pandemic made the year 2020 a disaster. Millions of people contracted the deadly virus. Several Bollywood celebrities, too, tested positive for the virus in recent times. Now, actor Gautam Gulati who is well known for his stint in Bigg Boss 8 has tested positive for the virus and is in quarantine in the UK.

Gautam took to Instagram to share a picture hinting at him being in quarantine. In the picture, the actor is lying in the bed and giving a glimpse of the outside from his window "COVID-19 sucks," he wrote in the post. The actor mentioned the location as London. UK has been the hub of the fast spreading new strain of coronavirus.


Meanwhile, Gautam Gulati will next be seen in Salman Khan starrer Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai.

NCB arrests Armaan Kohli for illegal possession of cocaine

Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has arrested actor Armaan Kohli for illegal possession of drugs, on August 29. On Saturday, August 28, the actor's residence was raided after which the same evening, he was taken to NCB office for questioning. According to the reports, on Saturday, a team of the anti-drugs agency had intercepted one major drug peddler, Ajay Raju Singh. He was in possession of illegal drugs. The same day, the agency launched a follow up operation after interrogation of Singh. Following his inputs, the agency headed to Armaan Kohli's house. As per reports, a small quantity of cocaine was recovered. Armaan Kohli was arrested in 2018 by the Excise department. He was caught possessing 41 bottles of scotch whiskey at his residence which was against the law. On the work front, Armaan Kohli has worked in films like Jaani Dushman and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo . Dwayne Johnson to reunite with Jumanji director Jake Kasdan for Christmas-themed adventure movie Red One

Filmmaker Jake Kasdan is reuniting with his Jumanji star Dwayne Johnson for Red One , the unique Christmas-themed feature project set up at Amazon. Hiram Garcia, the President of production of Johnson's Seven Bucks Productions created the original story which is now being translated into a script by Chris Morgan, who previously worked with Johnson on four Fast and Furious movies as well as the Johnson-led 2019 spinoff, Hobbs & Shaw . According to The Hollywood Reporter, Amazon picked up the project in June. The details are being kept in the sack but Red One , which is a tentative title, is described by Amazon as “a globe-trotting, four-quadrant action-adventure comedy, imagining a whole new universe to explore within the holiday genre.” Johnson is attached to star, possibly even as Santa himself, and is producing with his Seven Bucks Productions cohorts, Dany Garcia and Hiram Garcia.
